My life has changed a lot since I first ordered from this establishment back in 2013, but there is one constant, one staple, I have been able to rely upon... Egg Roll King. Their food tastes the same and it has been a comfort. Thank you for your service!

I am deeply disappointed by the level of customer service I experienced at Egg Roll King. During my recent visit, the young man handling my order spoke to me in a manner that I found highly disrespectful and unprofessional. Never in my experience have I been addressed as though I was mentally challenged or as if English was not my first language. His tone and approach were condescending, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and basic courtesy, regardless of the situation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at this establishment. The interaction left me feeling uncomfortable and disrespected rather than valued as a paying customer. I am sharing this review not to be malicious, but because businesses should be aware when their staff's behavior negatively impacts customers. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue and takes steps to improve customer service standards moving forward, as no customer should leave feeling belittled or spoken down to. I would appreciate management taking this complaint seriously and making efforts to ensure this does not happ

This place is seriously undervalued, one of my favorite spots great food. (Singapore Mei fun, egg roll, crab Rangoon) all are great ticket items. One of the cheapest places you still can afford to eat this day and age. Staff is always wonderful.

This is American Style Chinese, so if you're looking for authentic dishes, this isn't the place for you. The food was delicious, with a couple of caveats - Cashew chicken shouldn't have peanuts in it, and onion fried rice shouldn't be super crispy unless it's added as an option. As someone that likes crispy rice, I wasn't mad, but I also didn't want crispy rice that day. I also don't like cooked peanuts, but there they were. The egg rolls were ok, I'm from NYC so I have a pretty high standard....but they're ok for Georgia. The sesame chicken was 😋, as was the orange chicken. Fries were the usual slightly soggy crinkle cuts. I will say that we had a pretty large order (over $120) and they left one of our combos out. We had to drive to go get it. No apologies, nothing extra for the trouble. I wouldn't order delivery again, but I'll definitely come back here to pick up some food.

We love Egg Roll King. It was one of the 1st restaurants we tried when we moved to Savannah 6 years ago. This place is take out only. Parking is convenient and located right in front of the store. The location of the restaurant is not in the best area but we have never had any trouble while picking up orders. Service is fast and they never get your order wrong. The food is delicious, well prepared and fresh. The pan fried dumplings are good. Their egg rolls are tasty and fried to perfection. The other night, we ordered a sesame chicken combo, an orange chicken combo and fried dumplings. The combos come with an egg roll, white or fried rice and you can substitute any kind of lo mein for a few dollars more. The pork or chicken lo meins are the best. The portions are HUGE and the food is delicious. Prices are very reasonable.
